What made the experience of listening to Control, Burn, Resist: Books 4-6 the most enjoyable?

Lots of twists and turns. I didn't eye-roll once, which I usually do at least once every 5 minutes in these sort of stories. My favorite of all 3 books. I eye-rolled several times in the first and constantly in the 3rd.

Who was your favorite character and why?

Margie of course. Jonathan is great, but Monica can be overwrought and exhausting.

Have you listened to any of Jo Raylan and Christian Fox ’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

Jo should not sing, ever. She also has a bit of smarm which is annoying to listen to. Christian is good.

If you love Ava and Gideon, Danika and Tristan, Anastasia and Christian then you will love this story. This book was written in a face paced style, right to the point and narrated perfectly. The female narrator was extraordinary and of course Christian Fox (male narrator) never disappoints. Can't wait for bundle 3.

This is a series and bundle 1 needs to be listened to first. Does not disappoint!

the harder Jonathan and Monica try to separate themselves from each other some more eternally tied together they become. Jonathan's ex-wife is out to destroy him. Monica is trying her best to protect and save him. the world is trying to put labels on both of them that neither wants but in many ways deserve. And as the trail goes deeper into Jonathan's past life Monica has more and more hard choices to make. Can she withstand the impact of Jonathan's past? Can she be the woman Jonathan needs her to be, not care what other people think; or is she unable to get past the labels looks and curious stairs that will always be her thrown her way.

This book takes us deeper into the lives, relationships, and pasts of the characters we met in Submission. It is very well written and superbly narrated. You will find yourself more immersed in the lives of the main characters than you are interested in their love lives; which is an impressive feat as the sex is graphic, raw and also extremely well written and narrated.
