Florist Isabella Beaumont, through no fault of her own, is about to lose her business. She might as well lose her soul. With no other options she turns to Lyon Sauvage, a man she dismissed from her life five years earlier. But is she willing to pay the unexpected price of ultimate submission?

Enigmatic millionaire Lyon Sauvage lost Isabella once. He has no intention of opening his heart and suffering that mistake again. When she appears on his doorstep desperate for help, Lyon presents her with a proposition she has no choice but to accept. But will his revenge get her out of his system? Or condemn him to greater heartbreak?

Wowzers. I loved this novella for two reasons:

Firstly, it is SUPERBLY WRITTEN so you are immediately drawn into the drama, chemistry, enemies to lovers, sexual tension, ah-maze-ing sex scenes, and heart palpitations hoping for a happy ever after. This book has it all – likeable alpha hero and strong lovely heroine, sizzling sexual tension, exquisite sex scenes (be warned: they are the hottest I’ve read in a while and I read a lot of erotica), and it’s all wrapped up in 10 chapters.

Secondly, the Audible version is PERFECTLY NARRATED by Elizabeth Powers. I highly recommend this book as a listening experience. Elizabeth Powers narrates both the hero and heroine's point of view. I usually advocate for the man’s point of view to be read by a male narrator. I didn't feel that need this time. Elizabeth Powers' narration made me forget she was a woman narrating the hero's point of view. She allowed me to sympathise with both protagonists. After hearing Elizabeth Powers narrate a series by another author I searched for more novels she narrates and was led to this gem. What a find! I know I’ll be listening to this again.

Totally HOT!
