Alex Singla is a senior partner at McKinsey & Company and the global leader of QuantumBlack, AI by McKinsey. In these roles, he helps companies transform by moving digital, data, and AI initiatives from pilot to full-scale adoption, with a focus on building the capabilities and operating changes required to deliver sustainable, lasting impact. He has led QuantumBlack’s expansion and emergence as a recognized global leader in AI. Alex is a thought leader on topics of technology and AI, sharing his perspectives at more than 30 conferences and has been featured in The Wall Street Journal, Forbes, The New York Times, Fortune, and other leading publications. Alex holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BS from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Outside of work, he mentors founders in the Creative Destruction Lab program at the University of Wisconsin–Madison, and is a member of the Advisory Council for the University of Chicago Booth’s Center for Applied AI (CAAI). He is passionate about advancing the practical and responsible application of AI across business and society.
