Outside of speaking, his ventures include Green Up Solutions (consulting) and Camo Crew Responsible Junk Removal (solid-waste removal). He has won numerous awards through the years, most recently inducted into the Titan 100 Hall of Fame which recognizes the top 100 CEOs in the state of Wisconsin. He is one of only 20 recipients of this honor.
