An avid nature enthusiast since childhood, Becky Mundt has spent a lifetime appreciating the wonders of the natural world. Always an innovator with a strong commitment to organic practices, her search for solutions has led her to explore firsthand permaculture, biodynamics, polyculture and every sort of nature-enhancing gardening practice imaginable. In the early 2010’s, building on a life of growing and learning, she embarked upon a practical deep dive into soil health and regenerative gardening practices. Soon after, she and her husband began implementing these ideas building Spencer Creek Nursery in Oregon and transforming their small farm into a thriving oasis.
