Cassandra Dunn is the author of The Art of Adapting (Touchstone/Simon & Schuster). She received her MFA in creative writing from Mills College. She was a semifinalist for the Amazon Breakthrough Novel Award, and was a finalist in Glimmer Train's Short Story Award for New Writers and Clapboard House's Best of the House short story contest. Her short stories have appeared in a dozen literary journals. She lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with her two daughters and her dog, Toby. Her website is www.cassandradunn.com.
