Driven by an unwavering commitment to personal and professional growth, she embarked on a transformative journey by enrolling in the esteemed School of Industrial and Labor Relations at Cornell University, where she proudly earned an advanced certification. Through her unwavering dedication and tireless efforts, Felicia not only made her mark but also earned the distinguished title of Top Producer in the professional staffing industry. A devoted Christian, Felicia found love in Lee, with whom she has shared a beautiful journey of over 30 years of marriage. Together, they joyfully raised two wonderful children, Timothy and Brandon. Now, as empty nesters, they are cherishing their newfound time together, accompanied by their spirited Labrador puppies, who have brought a delightful energy into their lives.
