Born and raised in Landover, Maryland, LaChelle P. Johnson is a proud product of Prince George's County Public School system. A federal contracts professional and Chief Administrative Officer by trade, she holds a Bachelor's degree in Business and Management and a Master's in Management Studies from the University of Maryland Global Campus. Born to teen parents with no financial blueprint to follow, LaChelle turned her challenges into her calling. After becoming a Certified Master Financial Coach, she founded The Wealth Building Lab, LLC and the Rise Rich Collective, a movement designed to equip first-generation wealth builders with the mindset, tools, and accountability to break financial strongholds and design their own rich lives. Her authorship journey began after the passing of her grandmother, which inspired her to channel grief into purpose through writing. That healing led to her debut book Rise Rich: Intentional Living for First-Generation Wealth Builders. Now known as the Chief Richologist, LaChelle empowers young adults, families, and professionals to master their money, live intentionally, and build generational wealth - without sacrificing the joys of everyday life. Through her upcoming AI-powered financial coaching app, Rise Rich AI, she's redefining what it means to have a "personal finance coach" in your pocket.
