Merrill Shaffer is a diehard fan of the Southern Columbia Tigers and Pittsburgh Steelers. Merrill earned an A.A. in Business Management from Harrisburg Area Community College and a B.S. in Criminal Justice from Pennsylvania State University. He retired after a 22-year career in law enforcement. Merrill shares a wonderful life with his beautiful wife and daughter. He spends his time attending high, college, and professional football and sporting events, and enjoys researching sports history.
