Paul is an entrepreneur and professional engineer who graduated from Electrical Engineering at Concordia University in Montreal, Canada. In 1999 Paul founded HVAC Systems and Solutions Ltd, starting it on his own in the basement of his house. Before selling it in 2015, he had grown it to a $15M company with 23 employees. He was a founding partner in SHARC Energy Systems, a public company focused on reclaiming energy from wastewater. Paul is the lead advisor for BusinessPartner4Hire.com. He provides business strategy, sales, personnel and organizational advice for small business owners. Paul's business expertise comes from being a member of The Alternative Board (TAB) for 14 years. TAB brings business owners and leaders from non-competing industries together in a group setting – similar to a board of directors. He is a TTI Success Insights Value Added Associate and is a Certified Professional Analyst of DISC, Driving Forces and EQ (Emotional Intelligence) Assessments
