Robbie Robertson was born in Neptune,NJ and raised on the northeastern shore of Oahu, in the Hawaiian islands. In the (many?) years since, he has lived in and about the world. You may bump into him on a stool at any number of shady bars in the Third World, strolling an exotic beach in South America, or even occasionally, pinky-high with a glass of fine red wine at a Michelin joint in Australia. There’s no telling where this chap might surface. Robbie spent half of his life flying airplanes for various airlines, with breaks in between to cook, tend bar, and tell tales.
