She is the co-author of Finding your self at The Heartbreak Hotel and the bestselling author of Run Fat B!tch Run, Get Your Sh!t Together and Cut The Crap. She has a Masters degree in creative writing from Cambridge University. Ruth practised as a criminal barrister for a decade where she particularly enjoyed advocating for women.
