Apasionado de la antigua Roma y sus intrigas, Santiago Posteguillo (1967-) es un autor de novela histórica que ha ganado la ovación del gran público y la crítica erudita. Es, además, un reconocido académico con una gran trayectoria como filólogo y lingüista.

Passionate about Ancient Rome and its intrigues, Santiago Posteguillo (1967-) is a historical novelist that has delighted the general public and scholarly critics. He is also a renowned academic with a long career as a philologist and linguist.

His Style His works are extensive, full of margin annotations, footnotes, and historical data. However, he is not a fan of long dialogues. He prefers to describe his characters through what they do rather than what they say.

Written to be Heard Posteguillo's novels feature male heroes who have no official place in history. In spite of this, the characters are so plausible that the listener could easily believe that they actually existed. His stories are well researched and meticulously described, which makes the listening experience engrossing.
