it's spicy & Taboo which I LOVE. but there's no build up, no longing, no pining & I Need that aspect. Also the female trying to do male voice is Cringe.. I was so excited for this & was disappointed

I was so hoping this would be good but it was so not lol. I should have listened to the review and not purchase so I only have myself to blame. After a few chapters I couldn't take it and decided to return but was not eligible for refund. This book is just poor writing and poor construction of a story make this fun spicy taboo why choose a crappy cringy book. Yes lots of spicy but its shitty, just imagine the worst porn you have ever watched and you've basically read this book. Also, I know its standalone but there was zero build up which made it less spicy even though I think the author thought she was being super dirty with it, without intimacy or backstory it just sucks. Thank goodness it was short, this is my first and last book from this author. If you want to listen to a good version of a similar book 'Gifted To His Dad' is awesome that author did it right. As far as the narrators, I think the male narrator did okay. I think he would do great reading for any other genre but he just doesnt have the voice that is appealing for erotica (just my opinion). The female narrator should NEVER be allowed to narrate unless its a duet where she only does the female character voice because when she narrates for the male character it is cringe worthy and always sounds angry and its just awful.
