I really wasn't expecting to live this book so much. Yes the sensuality is hot and angsty. But the story is so raw, the emotions and back stories these characters are living with so complete that to call this erotica would be the wrong classification. There's a heavy dose of erotica perfectly woven with a complex and beautifully written plot that I give this story a perfect five stars. Excellent narration as well.

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

This was the hottest book I have listened to in a long time!! I wasnt sure I was going to like this book because of the taboo and the Catholic priest issues in the past. I loved the way it was done. I loved the way they fell in love and I loved Tyler and Poppy together. I also like how they addressed the choice he made in the end.

What about Jacob Morgan and Elena Wolfe ’s performance did you like?

Everything. Jacob Morgan is my favorite. I have everything that he has performed in my library and Elena Wolfe is top notch also, they did a great job together

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

YES!!

There is an editing issue in Chapter 12 (chapter 14 when on audible) at the very end where Mr. Morgan reads a scene, laughs, and begins repeating a scene already played. but it happens only for about the last 3 minutes... its annoying that this was not caught in editing

This book, THIS BOOK! Admittedly, I'm about 99% audio when it comes to books but Sierra Simone is one of a very short list of authors for which I CANNOT WAIT for audio. So I read Priest and it's an amazing story. Sierra Simone never writes in the "usual" way and draws you in with a skillfully constructed story. She then adds some of the hottest scenes EVER, and then completes it with the taboo nature of the story. Hook, line, sinker - I'm caught.

The audio is all of that and more. Jacob Morgan's performance is stellar, bringing every character to life and conveying every emotion of the story with precision. You empathize with Father Bell and Poppy. You get angry and frustrated with them. And good Lord, this is one of the hottest audiobooks out there. This book will make you squirm for many reasons and have you begging for more from the insanely talented Sierrra Simone as well as narrator Jacob Morgan.

You'll never look at a priest the same way again! Five huge stars for this one! You won't want to pause this audio so be prepared.

WOW! I am so obsessed with Father Bell in Priest! Sierra has created another crazy, addictive, taboo romance that is absolutely word porn! Priest just throws you off balance and I'm still reeling from it after finishing it last night.

I listened to the audiobook and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND reading the story this way. There is something so intensely H O T listening to Jacob Morgan's voice as Father Bell that gave me an entirely different reading experience. His raspy, deep voice exudes sex on a stick that has you swooning over Father 'What a Waste' in this Male POV story.

"I was supposed to be a shepherd of the flock, not the wolf."

Poor Father Tyler Bell finds himself in quite the dilemma attracted to one of his parishoners which is completely against his vow to God. This is probably the most I have listened to anything about Church, The Scripture, God and Sierra has created a masterpiece even tempting me to attend mass!

Honestly, Poppy got on my nerves a few times in the book and I almost wished there was an alternate ending but I am enamored with this story and can't wait to dive into Midnight Mass!

I was a bit nervous diving into this read because I grew up in a religious family, but Father Bell was more than I could have ever dreamed of. The author took a very taboo subject and made it desirable. The skill it takes to create such a coveted relationship in these circumstances has me in awe of the author. The story line was spot on for this couple, and the pace was perfect. This book is heavy on the spice, and Father Bell is quite the dirty talker. Even Poppy has a way with words that left me heated. I flew through this read, and I can proudly say it left me blushing.

This book is for readers who enjoy a heavy dose of spice in their reads, and a man who dominates the room with his presence. For those who like a taste of the forbidden, there is nothing like forbidden fruit, and these two are too tempting not to continue on with the series! I never thought I'd fall for a priest, but you can find me on my knees... asking for forgiveness of course;)
