could not stop listening

i loved the narrator who kept me captivated with this beautiful story. well written and strangely captivating. i could not stop listening to this book.

the narration was one of the best.

Couldn't stop listening. Loved the development of the characters. It grabbed me immediately. You won't be disappointed, I hope readers like it as much as I did.

Sweet survival story

I really enjoyed listening to this story. The story of survival with plenty of highs and lows. I love it when a book captures me so much that I want to know the characters. This book did just that.

I loved it but.....

The ending was an utter disappointment. What happened? How??? Such a great book and so well written up until the ending that didn’t quite follow through. Such a pity. So much potential that the author just dropped the ball on at the end. I’m sorry but a good book is like a good journey, whatever the outcome, it follows through and draws you in and compels you. This one did not do that but the author has potential. Perhaps given time and experience. We will see

Good read, thought provoking, very French

Nearly stayed up all night listening. Pragmatic, but imaginative. Made me really think "what would I do?" more than once.
