Great Reading

I’m glad that Trey Morris wrote this book. I was the Chief Scheduler at 7th Air Division (SAC). I received an urgent call from Lajes (Azores) TTF that the crosswinds were out of limits. Failure was not an option, so I tasked Zaragoza TTF to make the impossible task possible. I was not aware that they were hurting for fuel over the Mediterranean Sea.

Determination

Hands down one of the best books written. Determined to complete their mission this brave group of men endured hardships that only men of stamina could survive. Proud American Airmen making a difference in the world! Well written with humor and details that make you feel part of the team leaving you holding your breath when tragedy strikes their mission! I will be rereading this one for sure!
