Understanding was half the battle.

The book gave me a great understanding of what discipline is. The author also gave in-depth details of the subject.

information packed but relatable

I am writing this review because I laughed so hard mid book when they asked me to rate the book and I didn't and then they asked again. (IYKYK) This book has good theories and information. It also gives you attainable ways to figure out how to meet your goals. Both my husband and I read it and discussed it.
