Great enemies to lovers

This was such a great enemies to lovers story! Aiden and Rhett really had it rough.

The rivalry between their parents inadvertently bled into the two of them, creating a rift that carried over to their adulthood. They were just two kids pulled into a situation they had no control over.

They both thought the worst of each other, but underneath all they hate and resentment was an attraction they couldn’t deny.

Rhett hated Aiden for what his father tried to do to his family’s business but when they end up on the same team, Rhett has to admit that all that said hate was nothing but him wanting Aiden. For the longest time, he’s been interested in him but knew it would be impossible for them to be together.

But when Aiden makes it clear he wants Rhett just as much, all that hate and resentment takes a back seat and they give in to their feelings. Neither of them wants to think what being together would mean for their families.

When things get tough for Aiden, the bubble they’ve been living in bursts in the most painful way. It takes a lot of courage on Aiden’s part to make things right. He finally realizes that the only thing he’d ever need is Rhett by his side.

It was a rocky start, but they found a way to make things work and prioritize what was really important.
