You'd be surprised at the opportunity in lawn care. There are a few details to know, which this book does a great job of covering in ample detail, but otherwise the costs are low and the potential is really high. It will take work and effort, which the book also mentions, but the risk reward ratio is so worth it.

This book is about Charlie's story - how he took a chance and changed his already seemingly perfect life. He had a wife, a good job and wonderful children but felt that something was missing. He decided to follow that thing calling him forward and it worked well for him. I am inspired!
