Izzie Bennet has a problem, and his name is Jackson Darcy, the Miami Lions captain, and the best man at her sister’s wedding. He believes Izzie’s sister is a gold digger who’s only marrying the awkward goalie for his money.

Darcy is determined to save his best friend. Izzie is hellbent on telling him to shove his condescending attitude where the sun don’t shine.

But when disaster strikes and Darcy swoops in to save the day, she begins to see him in a different light.

Can she look past all the awful things he’s done and accept that maybe he’s not as bad as she thought? And perhaps it’s also okay to get railed by him?
