Fav book, fav writer, best voice actor, what else do you need???

My absolutly favourite book ever! Such important topics written in a beautiful and emotional way!! Idk the last time I actually cried on a book but this was it. Just cant get enough of this series!!!

Best yet in the series…

In most series the original characters end up sidelined and used as cameo’s at best. Not here.. yes we have a new and beautiful romance but we don’t leave the people we already love behind. In fact while moving forward we also dig deeper in to this world.. Now then to the Author, you know we need some kind of follow up…. right! seriously even a short novella would do but something! Performance was also amazing, each character uniquely delivered.. Chefs Kiss!

Fantastic on multiple levels

I love the whole series but this one hits hard. The "Before" sections and scenes in the present often left me in tears. The nuanced exploration of certain sorts of complex trauma, its continuing impact, and how to realistically begin to work through it made me feel particularly seen. The romance and family interactions are all great and the book is fun to read, but that's the aspect of it that particularly landed for me.

On Fire

Beware this one has more mature content than the first two. It is on 🔥 with 🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️

Once again you got to love that all the characters from book one and two are included in book 3. Of course we add in Linsey now, who is perfect for Cassidy as a band mate and a best friend.

We learn more about Rosalie and Savannah's past and how they became BFFs, as well as their family lives.

There are some trials and tribulations between the newest couples to overcome.

As for the last person introducing herself to Cassidy and Savannah's mom at the end of the book, let's just say I knew it all along. But you just can't leave it there we need a book four.

The extra novella at the end, was a cute story, and has witnesses to the Cole and Savannah's imperfect relationship.

Stunning Story and Performance

This was such a gorgeous performance of a very important conclusion to the invigorating Grace Notes series. This book was the culmination of multiple books wrapped up into a beautiful finale of found family and so many raw, beautiful love stories. Ruby did something authentic here. I will fiercely recommend it to everyone!
