this book....

I learned what a bug collector was.
this 2 hour book somehow turned into a 6 hour book with how much I had to pause it.
this made me so uncomfortable.
I love an author and a book that makes me question my life choices, like reading this book.
it is fantastic in the worst ways. read it.

Very descriptive

This book was a roller coaster of emotions. Mostly nausea, but it was a story told so well…..and of course, narrated by the best narrator that ever existed in the history of narrators. I recommend this to anyone with a strong fortitude. It was disgustingly fascinating. Overall, I’m glad I heard it. Will I listen to it again, like so many other audio books? Probably. Maybe this says something about my own fortitude? Maybe I need therapy? Definitely give it a listen. If you do, you’ll probably feel a whole lot better about your own life choices. Overall, 10/10, would do it again. May God be with you…..and definitely me. Good job, guys!!

Disgusting and Gross!

The story was disgusting and gross but such a great story for those who can stomach it. Short story that kept me intrigued and wanting more. This my first book by this author and I will definitely read more of his books.

Short, Sick, and Impossible to Look Away From

The Bug Collector by Wrath James White is one of the most grotesque and intriguing books I have read in a long time. This story is pure revenge horror, filled with disturbing imagery, sick fetishes, and moments that will absolutely turn your stomach. It is not a book for the faint of heart, and it fully embraces how dark and unsettling it wants to be.
What surprised me most is how much story the author packed into such a short book. It is quick, brutal, and hits hard from beginning to end. There is no wasted space. Every page pushes the revenge narrative forward while making the reader feel increasingly uncomfortable in the best possible horror way.
Yes, it is disgusting. Yes, it is disturbing. And somehow it is also incredibly compelling. I could not look away and ended up loving every minute of the twisted ride.
If you enjoy extreme horror that is meant to shock and disturb, this one absolutely delivers. I will definitely be reading more from Wrath James White.
