I’ve been in love with Dr. Grant Brighton for four long years.

He’s tall. Gorgeous. Brilliant. An amazing single dad.

He’s also straight, uninterested in dating someone 10 years younger than him, and, tragically, *my boss*.

Made my heart happy

Lucy Lennox always makes my heart happy with her characters weather it is the kids being kids or siblings and friends lovingly pointing out the obvious and not so obvious. My heart needed this story.

Micheal Dean is an incredible narrator. I never have to worry if I will know who is speaking. He does a wonderful job of giving each character their own unique voice. He was fantastic.

Another WOW!

Lucy's characters, storylines and overall mastery of love is exceptional. Its hard for me to hit pause.

Wanted it to be a longer book!

Like all of her books, this was funny and sweet and sexy. I knew it was a novella so it’s just my fake complaint that it went too fast and I wanted it to be a 10 hour book instead of 4. The reader, Michael Dean, was amazing as always.

Crushing

I love the fact that from the start Grant and Brody were drawn to each other. Now that they have an excuse they can move forward. A bit of upset they have to deal with but overall a great low angst story of love and family.
