Captivated

The action continues to build and build. We get more insight into the prophecies and Rylee's pivotal role. After this, I'll be living on the edge of my seat for the rest of this series, I swear. I want every single character to wrap themselves in bubble wrap and get immunity because I just cannot lose any of them. The world building is stronger and growing even more. The narrators, as always, will keep you listening at all times of the day even when you should be asleep.

Everything in Rylee’s world is falling apart or is it coming together as the prophecy foretold? This book was yet another heart stopping and page turning addition to Rylee’s adventure. Lines are drawn and allies are made. I can’t wait to see how it continues.

Strong story with amazing side characters and world building

In this installment, you see, not only Rylee and Liam’s bonds develop, but also side characters are starting to really flesh out who they are and who they are not. No spoilers, but as the climax to this series looms and the battle with Orion draws closer, I can’t wait to see how this one plays out and who survives. Please don’t kill my favorite characters.🤣

Loved it! Addicting listen

What a rollercoaster!! This series just amazes me. I was unable to put this book down while I listened intently to Lauren Fortgang. The narrator is just amazing and I love the tones and inflections she uses for Rylee, Liam, Alex, and the rest of the gang. Oh, I also love how she also portrays Pamela. The accent used is spot on.
Trouble always seem to follow Rylee. Nothing is never easy for Rylee and her team. I loved the addition of a necromancer in this one, and I hope to discover more about the vampires and necromancers too. There's a story there. This one is an addictive listen. The dark side is preparing for war. Who will survive?
