Amazing Narration

This book was intense but filled with love and sweet moments too. The deep parts weren’t too overwhelming. You got to see Nova’s struggle and how she dealt with it. I feel like the story had good range. I was glad that the book didn’t end after the birth. I always enjoy reading on about a relationship overtime. The audiobook takes everything to the next level! I went from 4 stars to 5. Ramona Masters and James Cassidy were phenomenal with the duet narration. It absolutely brings the story to life. I will 100% listen to this book again.

AHH. I literally NEEDED this book. It was healing in so many ways. Seeing Nova finally get her HEA brought tears to my eyes.

After the disastrous end to her marriage, Nova moves across the world to start over. And immediately finds out that she is pregnant with her ex’s baby.

Ollie is a rugby player turned coach and is quickly entranced by Nova. She is a puzzle that he wants to solve.

Ollie and Nova’s journey to their HEA is a tough one. For both of them. Nova’s trauma is at the forefront and Ollie does not let her carry these burdens alone. He is literally absolutely TOP TIER and I loved him for that.

Luna is hilarious and had me cracking out loud constantly. She is the type of woman I strive to be – she’s loyal AF, hilarious, bold, and so adventurous. I cannot wait to see her book eventually!

We also get a glimpse into the future of Austin and I cannot wait to see his redemption (with someone else)!

James Cassidy and Ramona Master are the absolute PERFECT pairing!! I couldn’t imagine anyone better portraying Ollie and Nova. Ramona’s voice is exactly how I envisioned Nova - strong, caring, and a bit vulnerable. And James’s narration embodied everything that is Ollie - loyal, sweet, and so in love with Nova and her daughter!

Ramona Master and James Cassidy did such a fantastic job with this narration. I loved this story when I read it when it first came out, but listening to it performed by them, I did not want to put it down.

Vee never ceases to amaze me with the way that she leaves it all on the pages of her stories. I swear every book of hers I read just gets more emotional, more raw, more real.

Nova is so strong, and she doesn't even know it. Everything she went through... I can't imagine being in her shoes and having to live through all of that and coming out on the other side, stronger than ever. And I love how she was aware that even when the dark times come, because they are inevitable, she has her family who are her light.

And then we have Ollie. This man who is so understanding and patient. The man who didn't believe in dating, because it's too complicated. But then, went and fell in love with a girl with one of the most complicated histories ever. And he loved her so fiercely. He helped her when she was at her lowest, and gave her everything she needed to believe in love again. He showed her that real love doesn't hurt, it builds you up.
