this book was filled with spiritual knowledge and depth from those that have long gone before us. many things to ponder about. I have read their biographies before. worth the read.

An illuminating treasure

I have read and re-read this several times. This is an audible that you can listen to again and again to bring you closer to God. These mystics speak of things that draw you into the inner sanctuary of the heart and thus the Holy Spirit. This writing is similar to practicing the presence of God by BrotherLawrence. Francis Fenelon who is one of the three quoted in this book, was a major inspiration to AW Tozer.
