This book is a mirror of the One Rental at a Time Channel. I watch the channel daily and learn a lot. Listening to successful people who have done what I am doing is encouraging and educational. Listening to the channel and reading this book is an easy way to surround myself with motivating and successful people on a daily basis. The BRRR interview was my favorite. I intend to listen to the audible book again.

"One Rental At A Time" (ORAAT) book 📖 captivated me so much that I was able to finish the book in 24hrs. I plan to re-read again soon to capture all the great nuggets! The book inspired me by showing that I too can acquire only a few rentals that will set me up to rertire within the next 5-10years or less.

Michael walks you through how he and his wife were able to achieve Financial Freedom (FF) in a relatively short period. The beautiful of it all, they accomplished while holding down full time jobs and simply the using the free MLS (Realtor.com). No fancy software and/or elaborate schemes were needed.

Most impressive is how Michael shows the reader how by them pivoting their strategy in 3 market downturns helped catapult their portfolio. He explains market cycles in a way that made perfect sense and why it's important to recognize it. We are coming into another market correct, the next major opportunity to really grow is around the corner, and I feel way better prepared thanks to ORAAT. 🙏🏽😊
