A divine comedy about the redemption of America.

Timothy Cooper's novel, 2020 or My Name Is Jesus Christ and I'm Running for President paints a hilariously envisioned America caught up in presidential politics. In actuality, it tells the prophetic story of the rise of Donald Trump.

Here Jesus returns to Earth, only to find himself pitted against his satanic stepbrother, Beelzebub, in a contest for the presidency and for the very soul of America.

Who will win? Well, God only knows.

But it's guaranteed to be unlike any political listen you've ever experienced before. Ever.

What would have made 2020 or My Name is Jesus Christ and I'm Running for President better?

Another story, another writer

Any additional comments?

It was a lousy story with annoying repetitive dialogue that could have been cut by 75%in places. Made you want to scream "Enough already...we get it..move on".

Terribly boring and difficult to listen to. Do not recommend. Going to exchange this book.

The premise sounded cute but in practice the writing was repetitive to the point of boredom. The narrator didn't do anything to help the story. In fact he made it worse. I really listen to a lot of books and review few because what isn't my cup of tea may not be yours. But I rarely leave a book unfinished. This one I just could not finish.
