Wonderfully book, could have been a bit longer.

The one and only complaint I have is that things go from moving at a normal pace to lightspeed in just a short period of time. It's such a short period of time and it seemed unrealistic for the female protag to settle into a situation that would take some people lifetimes to accept with such speed and ease. More of the internal struggle and building the relationship between the two main characters would have been nice. Other than this, I really enjoyed this book. It was a good listen.

Dark Erotica

This book is so good, dark that I'm in love. I like the 2 main characters and it's based on their sexual appetite for Pain & Pleasure.

Eh

This story line wasn’t really my thing so I can’t blame the author for that, still the writing was just ok. It was basically just sex, not really any emotion. I wonder if I would have liked it a little more if I read it instead of listened to the audio version because I’m positive this is the worst narration I’ve ever heard. Every time he did the female voice I literally laughed out loud, pretty sure that’s not what they were going for with a human trafficking bdsm story...

A Good Dark Read

Spoiler Ahead This was a pretty good book that I liked. Ruby Jacobson has worked and saved her money so she can get away from her abusive mother and her many boyfriends. On the day she escaped she is followed by a man while sleeping she is kidnapped. Ruby finds herself being sold at an auction. Gavin Darris is a man that always get what he wants he is rich and sexy and dominant. Gavin doesn't have a problem getting women but he is looking for something or someone to feel is darker need's. When he sees Ruby he knows he has too have her she calls to him. This was a dark twisted book that I liked. Ruby who has had dark twisted urges and never thought she would act on them until Gavin. This book was well written or read as I listened to this books on audio. I love reading or listening to Ms. Snow's books and I loved the epilogue.

Great Narrator

Would you consider the audio edition of A Beautiful Prison to be better than the print version?

I bought the print version a couple months ago, but I'm glad I bought the audio version. Wow. It made to story come alive. The Narrator was amazing.
