She's his addiction. He's her escape.

Logan Hartson. Successful restaurateur. Smooth, suave, and sophisticated—a demon in a designer suit. Courtney Roberts. Small town with a big heart. Cut off jeans and dusty ponytails. A farm girl through and through.

They're from different worlds. But from the moment their lives collide on a dirt track, the chemistry is off the charts. For a few stolen nights, everything is perfect.

And then they say goodbye.

She never thought she'd see him again. But nature has other plans. The serious kind. Now she just has to tell him the truth.

So how do you tell somebody their life will never be the same again?

Contains mature themes.

I like how each love story and relationship have been do different from each other it makes reading this series stay fresh and not feel like your reading the same stuff over and over.

Babies bring family's together

This was the most irritating, self loathing book I’ve read in a while.

The FMC takes so much crap from her brother in law, induced self gilt over things/ situations that are not her fault, and puts too much focus on things that are not important (her brother in law)

Can we just star the fact that her husband is DEAD and she is pouring out energy into her brother in law

She missed her boyfriend’s very important event in order to be with her BROTHER IN LAW because he was shot through THE ARM! Not an emergency not important

Her self loathing, self deprivation, self hate is nauseating

She is not meeting him half way with anything !

He is giving up his life in Boston, his restaurant to be with her and help raise their baby, yet she refuses to compromise any thing

Absolutely ridiculous! Hated her

Great Narration

I enjoyed the first two books in this series, but with this one it just felt like something was missing. The chemistry is a bit lacking and the story just kind of flails along. The narration was also a bit weird - Courtney's accent went from West Virginia, to South Carolina, to Kansas, to Canadian - it was a little chaotic.
