Pretty good book

I liked the book. It wasn’t outstanding, however, it was pretty good. The narration was decent. I have to say it had an abrupt ending and I wasn’t crazy about that. I had to re-listen to it to see if I heard it right.

The premise was excellent

Quite a different approach to a detective novel and it worked so well! Enjoyed the book thoroughly!

Just ordered Book three

The first book in a new series has to set the scene and introduce us to a new cast of characters. So I was a little iffy but enjoyed it enough to continue. I give this story five stars based on potential. Each book gets beter and is more interesting. Not a thriller, so avoid if that is what you are looking for. This series is family friendly for listening to in the car.

Fantastic Narrator

My new favorite series featuring Norman Norman. The narrator brought him to life and I could picture it all in my mind..Good story but I really enjoyed the supporting characters and how they grew in confidence.

Very Entertaining!

Great book! If you are a fan of DI Nikki Galena or Jackman & Evans, I think you'll like this one. The takedown of the overly officious jerk from Regional by the new DI is epic. Great characters, even though they aren't fully developed yet. Good plot that moved along quite nicely. I'm now listening to the second book in the series and it's just as good.
