Characters

I enjoyed the characters in book! Tim Sullivan does a great job developing his characters and makes you, as the reader, want to know more about them and understand their actions!! I plan on continuing through all the DS Cross series!

What a treat!

Having a child with Asperger’s I see some of the same characteristics and humor. The story is hypnotic, the personalities compelling and narrator wonderful and easy to listen to, and never distracting..

Would love to see made into a movie or movie series.

Great first in the series

This was my first book by this author. Excellent mystery. Though I’ve never had Spectrum testing, I am definitely very OCD and could relate to many things DI Cross experiences. I look forward to listening to the rest of the series.

The Dentist

Another good listen! The main character is developed so well and is enjoyed! The clues are fun and sparks the inner investigator in me.

I’m Hooked

I really did not need to start on another series because I have quite a few books waiting in my Audible library that I have not yet listened to, but I am definitely going to purchase the next one in this series. I do find Cross to be a fascinating character, and can totally understand how frustrating it would be to work with him, but at the same time, appreciate his brilliance. I enjoyed the interaction with his coworkers and especially how Ottie is trying to figure him out. Fascinating how the mystery of two murders years apart all came together eventually. Good narration also. Highly recommend.
