Perfect narration

My favorite fiction story of the Christmas season. Each narrated line characterizes 1840s London.

Loved it

I loved the performance of this book. It made it really fun to listen whilst reading the book in my kindle.

Timeless classic and excellent narration

I always forget how much I enjoy Charles Dickens writing until I pick up his works again. A Christmas Carol is a classic story that many of us have grown up on, and the message is still timely. Through this entertaining tale we are encouraged to look beyond ourselves to those who are less fortunate whom we can help and to do so. The story of Ebenezer Scrooge is both entertaining and convicting: promoting charity and social justice. The writing is accessible, the imagery vivid-- a worthwhile read at any age. Michael Page does an excellent job narrating this book; he differentiates the characters clearly and has enjoyable and smooth tone.

Classic Christmas Story

I wanted to listen to a new (old) rendition of this classic tale from Charles Dickens, and this was just what Ebenezer Scrooge ordered. This edition will go on my list of things to read/listen to around the holidays every year. Loved every bit of it.

Excellent performance!

Michael Page is one of my favorite narrators. To have him read my favorite classic novel is a literary gift beyond compare. Mr. Page, whom I usually I hear reading modern thrillers, puts his stamp on this classic. I highly recommend.
