It is an easy piece for overview of Anxiety Disorders. However, treatment methods are covered in the last half minute of the whole audio book. Maybe I expect too much for this 'Complete Look'.

That book would make my anxious wife happier to know her symptoms are more normal and less freak than she might think, but she can't read English and the book doesn't give me much of a clue on how to help her.
