Terrible Main Character

The female MC was obnoxious and very foolish. I have to like a character to really enjoy the book.
I stopped caring half way through, so just skimmed to the end.
Not going to continue with the series, as it more of the same.
Good narrator and would love moare books read by her.

Enjoyed the story

I liked conversation back and forth between the characters. Loved the time period. The reader did a wonderful job voicing the different characters.

Get on wit it

Too convoluted! Not easy to listen to. just took too long to get to the interesting part of the story. Skip to the end so I could find out what happened to his sister.

Way too long & involved but decent.

Feel like it was waaaay too long and complicated….get tired of listening by the end. Did keep me entertained!

Adventure of Female Character.

I liked the adventures of the female character. She was fearless and not concerned with the conventions for women of her time period.
