But at Fort Laramie, the reception Sarah meets isn’t what she had hoped for. Her friend Amelia is thrilled to have her, but Rand seems to be in the clutches of Jessica DuBois, the scheming daughter of the post commander.

Sarah resolves to remain at Fort Laramie and try to win Rand back. But things will get tougher before they get easier . . . especially when her ex-fiancé Ben Croftner arrives in Wyoming, obsessed with having her back in his arms.

Too short-ripoff!

The story is fine but it is a real pain to have to buy each short story seperately. This series should be compiled into one book. Each book is too short. Kind of a ripoff.

Shortchanged

Normally I have nothing but praise for Colleen’s writing, this book shortchanged. Not because the story was not well written, but because it ended abruptly, and left me with a feeling of greed by the author in not having delivered value for the price. Perhaps it was not Colleen, but her manager/publisher who decided to charge a novel price for a novella. It does not reflect a true Christian spirit or set a good example.

Unfinished

It is an unfinished book. Apparently the story was written a while ago. Can't it be all joined into 1 book instead of several parts?
