She reiterates several times in different ways to counteract sibling rivalry and promote healthy relationships. Wish I had heard this before I brought my second child home!

I found myself talking aloud about how much I hated certain parts of this book, even though I didn't do the things she gave examples for, I don't think hearing "that's just bad parenting" repeatedly is helpful for anyone. Her voice is grating too and some of the advice overly obvious, not worth paying for. In the end, it just put me in a bad mood. Maybe it is better for newer parents or toddlers, mine are teens and this book did not deliver.
