Agatha Raisin's detective agency has become so successful that now all she wants is some R&R. Agatha helps promote a fete which end in death for a couple of older villagers. With help she she finds a web of deceit and plenty of suspects.
I enjoyed Agatha and companies latest exploits.

Enjoyably predictable ~

Fun character interactions - a bit too predictable to rate five stars~ but still I recommend it.

Agatha is at it again

I thoroughly enjoyed another of Agathas delightful escapades.
Can't wait to see what she is up to next.

Another delightful story by the late Ms. Beating. I'm hoarding them like diamonds.

Jealousy

When the Vicar of a nearby village asks Agatha to help promote their church fete, little does she realize it will lead to several deaths and threats on her own life. Aggie has to also deal with her jealousy of Toni's youth and progress as a detective. Just when things are settling down and criminals captured, Aggie receives an invitation to her ex, James Lacey's engagement party. This one was good but a bit on the boring side for some reason. As I reread through the series, I really don't remember this one, so it was like reading it for the first time. The series still remains a delight to read.
