Much of the content in Molly Reardon's "A Woman's Way to Wellness" had a familiar basis yet this brilliant compilation of ideas for women of all ages to manifest healthy living beliefs and habits was a welcome read today. Consistent effort toward wellness does result in a more peaceful, satisfying life.
