This audiobook felt like a breath of fresh air—and not just because my house is finally cleaner. ADHD Organization and Cleaning gets right to the heart of the struggle: it’s not about laziness or lack of effort, it’s about how ADHD brains work. And this book? It actually respects that.
The narrator is super easy to listen to—calm, supportive, never patronizing—and the advice is practical, realistic, and (best of all) doable. No 50-step morning routine or minimalist fantasy land here. Just solid strategies for building habits, reducing overwhelm, and breaking tasks into small, manageable pieces that won’t fry your brain.
One of my favorite parts was how it tackles mental clutter too—not just the physical mess. It gives you permission to be kind to yourself while still making real progress. Whether you’re dealing with dishes, a mountain of laundry, or a brain full of tabs open at once, this book has something for you.

Finally, organizing advice that actually gets ADHD

This isn’t your typical organizing book full of unrealistic to-do lists and Pinterest-level pressure. It’s simple, structured, and actually written for how my brain works.

The 14 day structure gave me small, specific wins every day. It didn’t shame me for being messy or inconsistent, it gave me tools to reset without judgment. I loved that it tackled both physical clutter and the mental chaos that comes with ADHD.

If you’ve ever walked into a room to clean it, then shut the door and walked away because it felt like too much, this book is for you. Highly recommend.

I enjoyed listening to this book and learning about different ways to get organized, no matter the influence of ADHD. It offers many solutions and simple advice with tips that can be put to use straight away. The three books in one component increases the value and clarifies many aspects as it goes. Some repetition also makes it easier to process and put the advice to action.

Excellent method!

I loved how helpful and practical this guide is on how to stay focused on one task at a time when cleaning and organizing. It is easy to get overwhelmed especially if you have an ADHD mind. I also love how this guide is broken down into steps and into several easy to read mini books.
