One night with my dad's best friend? Oops.

Getting pregnant with his twins? Double oops.

I'm a matchmaker for New York's elite.

But my own love life is a complete disaster.

I go on a blind date, expecting to meet a stranger.

But instead, I'm locking eyes with Adrian Stone—my dad's best friend.

The silver fox single dad I've fantasized about for years.

We're both hiding behind fake names.

Is he pretending not to recognize me, too?

Either way, I play along.

And that night, I did something I shouldn't have.

Several times—if you know what I mean.

He doesn't ever have to find out who I really am, right?

Wrong.

Months later, imagine my shock when my dad arranged a lunch for me to meet a "new client."

Guess who?

"Hello, Ava," he says, a devilish smirk playing on his lips.

He knew all along.

But what he doesn't know is that I'm pregnant with his twins!

This is a full-length standalone with a HEA. You'll love this age gap, surprise pregnancy with twins, single dad romance with all the right feels. Don't worry, no cheating! But you'll need to cool off because Adrian and Ava's story is on fire!

Pretty good. Not something I’d listen to again and again, but it was good enough. In the beginning, all of the dialog seemed extremely forced: every swear word seemed over done and unnecessary (I don’t have a problem with the use of swearing) for the scene, either on the part of the narrator or the writer. The scenes seemed unrealistic and poorly executed. Everything was extremely tense. But things got smoothed out towards the end of the book. This author is new to me, so I’m not used to her style I guess. The voice actors are new to me as well, but I thought they did a nice job.

Good

What is accidental about having babies (twins) if most of the book is about sex! One or two chapters are about the babies and then you end the book without explaining ,how the problems were solved. The book ends with the family on their boat, discussing traveling, home schooling the son and hiding away from their problems!
