How concise and straight to the point he was. Also he addressed his personal experience in detail rather that just talking about the same old general facts about working in IB.

At a point he described how do people should dress in banking. He could have talked about woman attire briefly too better address woman who might be listening to his book.

A guide on how to get a job in IB

A step-by-step guide on getting a job in Investment Banking. What I love about this book is that the writer expresses freely his opinion on investment banking and talks about both the pros and cons of it. It seems like an unbiased prespective of how an Investment Bank operates. It gives you the ability to understand things in an hour that I, and most people in university, spend 2 years of their lives learning to get a job.

Now, the listening part cut me off a bit. It was hard to follow, as the narrator was rushing through the book. I tried 0.75x speed but it still wasn’t convinient to listen to. I would also like an accompanied pdf where I can see websites proposed, the email address of the writer, etc.

Overall a great book! Would recommend to anyone trying to get a job in Investment Banking
