Excellent Black Tide Story!

Speaker has come through again for us, this time in the Black Tide Rising universe.
Set in Hawaii, no less.
Good story line, several areas that action takes place. And a cornucopia of vivid characters for the reader to follow.

A great addition to the series

This is a great addition to the series. It adds a new part of the world while making mention to events that have happened elsewhere. Those events aren't critical to the plot, but nice to see it was written taking into account earlier books. They added additional feel that the world was large, complex and real.
