I have always found eating healthy very challenging, my favorite foods are hard to ignore and it prevents me from having my dream body. Listening to this book played a big part in motivating me to eat better which helps provide my body with more energy which helps me with working out and now I am close to getting the body I have always wanted. I recommend this to others looking to better themselves through health & fitness!

Just fully finished Simone's Audiobook for affirmations I must say this is one that you have for everyday use, it has replayability and one of those that you can set while you go to be to keep you in the positive mindset. If you’re feeling down about certain aspects of your life (including eating) then this is the “pick me up” you absolutely need. Includes affirmation for: mindful eating, positive thinking, confidence, developing a growth mindset, mindful living as well as for movement and body. Definitely worth the listen!

Mindful eating has changed my life! BUT, I do find I have (many) days when I don't feel confident enough and believe I can actually pull it off and lose weight long term.
This audiobook is a fantastic set of affirmations perfect exactly for those moments of doubt. They're positive, encouraging and just a great reminder to ourselves that we are strong enough to commit to our decision and push through with it.
And over a thousand is A LOT of affirmations! I feel like I'll never run out.
Overall a great audiobook and a great listening experience!
