The author explains that to reach optimum outcome repetition is key with a peaceful place or environment. You will be able to reach a strong mindset to manage depression in the long run. I enjoyed the affirmations such as being satisfied with what you have, not being productive all the time, being aware of your capabilities, strong enough to manage any situation can give you the motivation needed to reach your goals.
