I struggled with the author's voice being seductive through the whole story. Story kept me listening

Speed up the audio

This book reading is way to slow. Make sure to speed up the audio it helps.

WONDERFUL, WONDERFUL, WONDERFUL!

Wow what a beautifully written book!! This book encompasses so much. Though it was released originally in 1984 the story easily still be current today just by substituting Vietnam War for Afghanistan... the bonds of friendship, love of family, perils of war, pstd, loyalty, survivors guilt, forgiveness and true love all still apply.

The narration was too slow, however I set the speed at 1.2 and enjoyed every chapter!

Wonderful

The narration was a bit difficult at the beginning but I sped it up and that helped.
The story was long but the depth of characters is wonderful. I laughed so hard and cried. Totally enjoyed this book and hope the others are as good.
