Since the age of 8 years old, Aaron Peterson has been in love with his best friend, Kayla. He may not have realized it upon their first meeting, but Kayla has always been the one person whom he can truly trust to be there for him, no matter what life may throw his way.

But as the years go on and high school hits, Kayla’s popularity and Aaron’s nerdy approach to life begin to send them on different paths. But one thing always remains the same: They’re the best of friends. As Aaron and Kayla reach adulthood, the tables begin to turn...but will life ever give them the chance to be together?
