Dang, I don’t know how Donna continues to draw me in to the point I can’t do anything else! I loved this battle of good versus evil and even though Saber was revealed I’m glad he was forgiven. That was wild!

Loved It

I was so excited to find out this was Sabryn and Saber’s book. Ever since we found out there was a link between the two of them that he hid I was hooked. As normal so much happened in this book and I was screaming at certain parts that I won’t give away. Balladyn was around a lot, which is what I always look forward to. Finn… my poor Finn. I really enjoyed this one, and it is probably my favorite of all the Skye Druids so far. There is one surprise that when I read it I literally had to stop and sit for a few moments because I just couldn’t believe it happened.

I have been following this series since its start. At this point, I need them to get the “big bad” and be done. I did not enjoy the amount of time dedicated to Sabryn being pissed off. It starts off a bit slow but the pace picks up at about 1/2 way in. I am not sure if it is just me but I have a hard time recalling some of the characters. Instead of spending so much time on the anger/grudge stuff it would have been great to use those words to recap some of the secondary characters. Also, getting a little bored with this series. I would be okay if they sped up to an ending.

Dragged out

Too much time stewing in the past. Angry jilted girlfriend vibe over takes half this book. Drags down the story line. Sabryn is unlikable for half the story line. Found myself Wishing she would just grow up and get over herself. Made the book hard to finish when you don’t like the main character.

Get over it already!
