Holy Dragon Smoke

This was pretty good. This is my favorite in this off World Series. So much going on and the pace was steady until the last few chapters but it does end on a cliffhanger. Surprised I enjoyed this so much because the story leading up to this one was drawn out and mostly boring.

Entertaining story

This one was an entertaining read that kept me wondering what would happen next. This world is intriguing, and though it's a new one to us as readers, the author doesn't waste much time by giving us a ton of details about it, just giving us what we need. This one isn't quite like any I've read before so it kept me interested in wanting to know what comes next. Things get wild toward the end and it becomes a lot to keep track of before ending on a cliffhanger. I'm curious about the next book in this series and will likely read it when I get the chance.

Heart Stopping!!!

Donna Grant has done it again! This book has everything, action, adventure, suspense, intrigue and sizzling hot sex. It leaves you panting for more. And of course the narration is perfection, bringing the whole story to vivid life. I can't wait for the next book!!! I very very highly recommend this book.

The Bastard King

I was skeptical going into this book only because it isn’t very often that Donna Grant writes a two part book series within the Dark Universe, so I knew it was probably gonna end on a cliffhanger. And boy did it. I honestly am speechless. There was so much information packed into this book that I never saw coming. The one amazing thing about this is we got more info about Merrill and what was happening. Which makes me extremely excited for his book. Also, so we have dragons, fae, druids, elves, Star People, and now we have Kora (no I am not going to tell you what she is. You will have to read it to find out). I love that this Universe just keeps growing. Now on to The Uncrowned King because I have to know what happens to Kora and Derek.

Donna Grant did it again. Sucked me right into the story then BAM. LOL! January can NOT get here fast enough.
